Both studios have been created to provide a nurturing, safe and compassionate environment where you can come to heal and find yourself through the practice of Hatha Yoga.

Our schools have outstanding facilities including spacious carpeted studios, mat storage facilities, change rooms with showers, lockers and a reception where mats, towels and water can be purchased or hired.
